  • ২৪ X ৩০ ইঞ্চি মাপের যে কোন মাধ্যমে ২(দুইটি) শিল্পকর্ম প্রদান করা যাবে।
  • বাংলাদেশ:ফর্ম পূরণের পূর্বে প্রত্যেক প্রতিযোগীর রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি চার হাজার (৪,০০০) টাকা, এই (01973579733) মোবাইল নম্বরে বিকাশের মাধ্যমে প্রদান করতে হবে
    এবং বিকাশের ট্রানজেকশন আইডি, মোবাইল নং উল্লেখ করতে হবে (যে বিকাশ নং থেকে পাঠানো হচ্ছে) ।
  • ইন্ডিয়া: ফর্ম পূরণের পূর্বে প্রত্যেক প্রতিযোগীর রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি এক হাজার পাঁচশত (১,৫০০) রুপি, SBI Bank, Account Number: 41308219032, Branch: Calcutta University, IFSC Code: 3BIN0007766  এর মাধ্যমে প্রদান করতে হবে
    এবং ব্যাংক ট্রানজেকশন আইডি উল্লেখ করতে হবে।
  • প্রত্যেক প্রতিযোগীকে আয়োজকদের সিদ্ধান্ত চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য করতে হবে।।
  • অংশগ্রহণকারী প্রতিযোগীদের থেকে বাছাইকৃত প্রথম ৬০ জনের শিল্পকর্ম নিয়ে বাংলাদেশ শিল্পকলা একাডেমি গ্যালারিতে প্রদর্শনী হবে।
  • বাছাইকৃত একটি শিল্পকর্ম প্রতিযোগীর নিজের দায়িত্বে আয়োজকদের ঠিকানায় পাঠাতে হবে। তবে অনুষ্ঠানের পূর্বে আয়োজকদের কাছ থেকে অনুমতি নিতে হবে।
  •  মাধ্যমগত ভাবে সর্বমোট ৩ তিনটি (নগদ টাকা) পুরষ্কার ও সকল অংশগ্রহনকারীকে সনদপত্র প্রদান করা হবে।
    (সনদপত্র প্রতিযোগীদের নিজ দায়িত্বে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে) এবং প্রতিযোগীর ইমেইলে: ই-সনদপত্র পাঠানো হবে।

  • বিশেষ অনুরোধ মিথ্যা ট্রানজেকশন আইডি দিয়ে ফর্ম পূরণ করে বিভ্রান্ত করবেন না। সততার সাথে আামাদের এই আয়োজনে সাহায্য করুন।
  • প্রদর্শনী শেষ হওয়ার সর্বোচ্চ এক মাসের মধ্যে সনদপত্র এবং পুরস্কার সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।
  • প্রদর্শনী একমাস অতিবাহিত হলে পরবর্তী সময়ে সার্টিফিকেট সংগ্রহ করতে হলে প্রতি ই-সার্টিফিকেটের জন্য পাঁচশত টাকা প্রদান করিতে হইবে।

   

  • Two (2) works of art in any medium measuring 24 X 30 inches may be submitted.
  • BANGLADESH: Registration fee of Tk Four thousand (4,000) for each competitor before filling the form, must be paid through BKash on this mobile number (01973579733) And Bikash Transaction ID, Mobile No. (from which Bikash No. is being sent) should be mentioned.
  • INDIA: Registration fee of Rupees One thousand five hundred (1,500) for each competitor before filling the form, through SBI Bank, Account Number: 41308219032, Branch: Calcutta University, IFSC Code: 3BIN0007766 and Bank Transaction ID to be mentioned.
  • All contestants shall accept the decision of the organizers as final.
  • The artworks of the first 60 selected contestants will be exhibited at the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy Gallery.
  • The selected artwork should be sent to the address of the organizers at the contestant’s own risk. However, before the event, permission must be obtained from the organizers.
  • A total of 3 (cash) prizes and certificates will be awarded to all participants.
    (Certificates must be collected by contestants at their own risk) and e-certificate will be sent to the contestant’s email:

  • Don’t confuse special requests by filling out forms with false transaction IDs. Help us in this organization honestly.
  • Certificates and prizes must be collected within a maximum of one month from the end of the exhibition.
  • After one month of the exhibition, if you want to collect the certificate the next time, you will have to pay five hundred takas for each e-certificate.
