প্রত্যেক প্রতিযোগীকে আয়োজকদের সিদ্ধান্ত চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য করতে হবে।।
অংশগ্রহণকারী প্রতিযোগীদের থেকে বাছাইকৃত প্রথম ৬০ জনের শিল্পকর্ম নিয়ে বাংলাদেশ শিল্পকলা একাডেমি গ্যালারিতে প্রদর্শনী হবে।
বাছাইকৃত ২(দুইটি) শিল্পকর্ম প্রতিযোগীর নিজের দায়িত্বে আয়োজকদের ঠিকানায় পাঠাতে হবে। তবে অনুষ্ঠানের পূর্বে আয়োজকদের কাছ থেকে অনুমতি নিতে হবে।
মাধ্যমগত ভাবে সর্বমোট ৮(আট) টি পুরষ্কার ও সকল অংশগ্রহনকারীকে সনদপত্র এবং ক্যাটালগ প্রদান করা হবে। (সনদপত্র প্রতিযোগীদের নিজ দায়িত্বে সংগ্রহ করতে হবে) এবং প্রতিযোগীর ইমেইলে: ই-সনদপত্র পাঠানো হবে।
প্রদর্শনী ও রেজাল্ট Living Art (facebook.com/livingartbg) ফেসবুক, www.livingartbg.com ওয়েব সাইট, Livingartbg-ইউটিউব এর মাধ্যমে দেখতে পাওয়া যাবে।
বিশেষ অনুরোধ মিথ্যা ট্রানজেকশন আইডি দিয়ে ফর্ম পূরণ করে বিভ্রান্ত করবেন না। সততার সাথে আামাদের এই আয়োজনে সাহায্য করুন।
প্রদর্শনী শেষ হওয়ার সর্বোচ্চ এক মাসের মধ্যে সনদপত্র এবং পুরস্কার সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।
প্রদর্শনী একমাস অতিবাহিত হলে পরবর্তী সময়ে সার্টিফিকেট সংগ্রহ করতে হলে প্রতি ই-সার্টিফিকেটের জন্য পাঁচশত টাকা প্রদান করিতে হইবে।

All contestants shall accept the decision of the organizers as final.
The artworks of the first 60 selected contestants will be exhibited at the Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy Gallery.
The selected 2 (two) artworks should be sent to the address of the organizers at the contestant’s own risk. However, prior to the event, permission must be obtained from the organizers.
A total of 8 (eight) awards and certificates and catalogs will be awarded to all participants. (Certificates must be collected by contestants at their own risk) and e-certificate will be sent to the contestant’s email:

Don’t confuse special requests by filling out forms with false transaction IDs. Help us in this organization honestly.
Certificates and prizes must be collected within a maximum of one month from the end of the exhibition.
After one month of the exhibition, if you want to collect the certificate the next time, you will have to pay five hundred takas for each e-certificate.
